Late last year I had the challenge, living in Arizona, of disposing of my mother’s belongings and home in Ewing, New Jersey. I enlisted the services of Tracy Ashcroft to manage everything in my absence.
I am pleased to say that she did an exceptional job in organizing the entire process, overseeing every step involved through to completion: advertising and selling the entire contents of the home, disposing of anything unsold, hiring repair and maintenance personnel required to prepare for the sale of the property. She arranged to be on the premises to supervise their work and subsequently meet with inspectors, culminating in the final sale of my mother’s home.

I would like to say that this is my first sale with Princeton Estate Sale at the beautiful Windsor home today – December 3rd. The lady with the salt pepper hair (giving all the prices) was an absolute gem and so sweet. I spoke both to the gentleman (near the garage entrance) and another lady near the jewel super nice and helpful. I been going to estate sales for awhile and let me tell you that the lady that took the sales and giving prices was holding down the fort. Being with that said, I wanted to let that whole team know that they are doing an excellent job. Wishing you a wonderful holiday!
